Matteo (he/him) is an Italo-American writer and director based in Los Angeles, California. He creates thought-provoking and emotionally resonant stories that explore the intersection of life and technology, aiming to capture the nuances of modern existence while preserving our humanity.

Matteo has built a strong portfolio working with a wide range of VFX artists and specialists, enhancing his skills in virtual production. His experience includes collaborations at Snapchat and with emerging VFX talent Onur Erdurak. Most recently, Matteo has used his industry expertise as the producer of the short films Abel and Makina and has served as DIT on many independent projects. In addition to his film ventures post-grad, he's spent time as an Event Coordinator at the Producers Guild of America where he combined his creative vision with his talent for organizing major industry events, and is currently serving as the senior producer for upcoming podcast Two Be Continued.
